Sections Are Incredible, Here's Why...Organize your estimates like you do your work - with sections, such as Foundations, Framing, Roofing, and so on. Sections are a very powerful way of estimating and using them is simple to learn and will save you at least an hour a week in estimating and job costing - guaranteed! Sections help you spot missing or duplicated items in your estimate. You can add any missing items to the estimate where they belong, not tacked on at the end. When you prepare an estimate for your customers, you'll look like the professional you are. You can also pull the completed estimate into a word processing program, like MS Word, and add any additional formatting or contractual terms and conditions you want.
